Pre Arrival Information

  • Bags must be no bigger than 30cmx30cm
  • Entry to carpark from all adjoining roads / no road closures
  • Carpark operating on a first come, first served basis.

Arrive early. To avoid congestion and delays, plan your trip and arrive early.

Entry Doors. GA entry will be through the main doors. There will be additional entry doors open for reserved seating so please note the stair listed on your ticket and find your entry point by viewing the venue map.

Parking. There is a large complimentary car park on site however, car parking is limited and available on a first come first serve basis. We recommend arriving early to the venue, car pooling, parking in well-lit streets nearby and using alternative transport where possible.

Accessibility needs. Wolfbrook Arena is wheelchair accessible and support animals are welcome. 

Mobility Parking. There is mobility parking spots available on a first in basis directly out the front of the Arena for those displaying a mobility pass.

Cashless venue. Wolfbrook Arena is cashless. Payments are by card only.

Stay hydrated. Free water is available at drinking fountains and refill stations throughout the Arena.

Country music powerhouse and Grammy-award winner Lainey Wilson brings her WHIRLWIND WORLD TOUR to Christchurch in February 2026, making her long-awaited New Zealand debut. Joined by special guests Flatland Cavalry and Kaitlin Butts.

Last in Australia in 2024, Wilson blew fans away in her debut visit, with a headline performance to remember at CMC Rocks QLD, along with two show-stopping, sold-out nights in both Sydney and Melbourne.

All Tickets are Mobile Ticket Only.
Mobile Tickets are like Print-at-Home tickets but instead of having to print off the tickets yourself, you can just show the barcode on your mobile phone. It is the easiest way to access tickets to your events. For more information visit ticketmaster.co.nz/mobileticket

By Car

There is a large complimentary car park on site however space is subject to availability. We recommend car pooling or parking in well-lit streets, nearby. For some events, a Traffic Management Plan may be in place, restricting entry and exit points.

Pedestrians

Pedestrian access is available from all points of entry. Please stay on footpaths and to the sides of road, for your safety and the safety of others.

By Bus

Metro Bus Stops are located nearby on Lincoln Road and Whiteleigh Ave. Visit the Metro website for more information and timetables

By Bike

Bike racks are available for cyclists and are located opposite the main entrance of the Arena in the car park area. Please ensure you lock your bikes securely.

Taxi & rideshare

Taxi and Rideshare vehicles are welcome to drop off at the Arena. There is a drop off zone outside the main front doors and with larger events this may be to the side of the venue and directions will be managed by our car-parking staff.

Plan Ahead

Traffic congestion can be heavy around the Arena, especially during peak commuter times, so always allow more time than you expect to get to and from the venue, aiming to arrive at least 45 minutes before the start of the event.

Wolfbrook Arena is fully wheelchair accessible, with dedicated wheelchair‐allocated seating available throughout the venue.

Additional wheelchair spaces may be available depending on the event layout.

How to purchase

Accessible tickets can be purchased:

  • Directly from your event’s interactive seat map
  • By calling Ticketmaster on 09 970 9711
  • Through Ticketmaster’s online form by selecting Accessible Bookings as your topic

Accessible tickets are reserved solely for guests with accessibility needs. Misuse of accessible ticket types may result in cancellation.

Essential companions

Essential Companion tickets are available through Ticketmaster upon request. This is a free ticket for a support person for those with accessibility needs. To get one, you must purchase an accessible ticket and then provide proof of eligibility to Ticketmaster. Companion tickets are available, at the discretion of the event hirer.

Wheelchair hire

Wheelchairs are available for guest use. Wolfbrook Arena provides wheelchair access throughout the venue.

Lift access

Wolfbrook Arena provides lift access for guests. There are two passenger lifts to the upper level and to the suites.

Support animals

Wolfbrook Arena welcomes accredited support animals, including guide dogs, hearing dogs, and other assistance animals trained to support our guests with disabilities.

To ensure a comfortable visit for both you and your animal, please keep the following in mind:

Identification
Support animals should be clearly identifiable where possible (e.g., harness, vest, ID tag, or certification).

Behaviour
The animal must remain under your control at all times and behave appropriately in a busy public environment.

Seating
If you require seating with additional space for your support animal, please let the team know when booking your tickets through Ticketmaster so we can ensure an appropriate allocation.

Facilities
Water bowls can be provided upon request — just speak to any member of our friendly staff.

Relief areas
While Wolfbrook Arena does not have a designated animal relief zone inside the venue, staff can direct you to the closest suitable outdoor area.

Sunflower lanyard

Wolfbrook Arena supports the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower program.

The lanyard is a tool to discreetly indicate you have a hidden disability and may need extra support, which allows staff to provide assistance when necessary.

The Arena staff are trained to recognise the lanyards and provide appropriate support.

If you have a hidden disability and require assistance, the lanyard can help ensure you receive the necessary support. You can also ask staff for help.

Hapai access card

Wolfbrook Arena recognise and support the Hāpai Access Card, an accessibility tool that acts as an indicator of a holder’s accessibility needs, helping our staff to best understand and cater to your unique needs.

Staff are well-informed about adapting their communication and assisting individuals with requirements such as:

Ticket box office

The Ticket Box Office at Wolfbrook Arena is located outside the Arena building to the left of the main entrance on the ground level and is fully accessible for all guests.

Is photography allowed?

Restrictions vary by event. Many shows prohibit flash photography or professional equipment.

If you are a professional photographer, you may be able to apply for a photography accreditation. Use the media enquiry form on the Get in Touch page to find out more.

Do you accept cash?

Wolfbrook Arena is a cashless venue. All major cards and digital payments are accepted.
