Can I visit the venue before booking?

Yes. We can arrange a walkthrough so you can see layouts, access points, and facilities. Talk to our team to schedule a time that suits.

What’s included in a venue hire?

Standard venue hire includes the booked space, basic house lighting, and venue management support. Additional services—AV/lighting, staging, furniture, staffing, security, extended hours, and specialised equipment—are quoted to suit your event plan.

Can I use my own suppliers or caterers?

External suppliers are welcome with prior approval and compliance with our health & safety and insurance requirements. We can also recommend trusted partners across AV, theming, and entertainment. Catering is typically provided in-house or via our approved partners.

Is parking available for guests and vendors?

Most venues offer nearby parking options and dedicated load-in access for vendors. Availability and charges vary by site—your Event Manager will outline options and maps with your proposal.

What support do you offer on the day of the event?

Your Event Manager coordinates venue operations, vendor access, and timings. Our team can provide on-site technical support, front-of-house staffing, security, and catering service as specified in your run sheet.
