Where Ōtautahi comes together
Venues Ōtautahi is the largest venue, event and culinary services management company in New Zealand. VŌ is a Council Controlled Organisation (CCO), with its sole shareholder the Christchurch City Council.
VŌ, established over 25 years ago, owns the Christchurch Town Hall, and Wolfbrook Arena, is responsible for the operation and asset management of One New Zealand Stadium, and manages the Air Force Museum of New Zealand, Apollo Projects Stadium and Hagley Oval.
VŌ also delivers large scale-events through its mobile culinary and event management services.

OUR LOCAL PROCUREMENT PHILOSOPHY
Where local matters
Championing Ōtautahi and sourcing local underpins VŌ's approach to all procurement with 80% of food and 70% of contractors and service providers sourced from Canterbury. Our local procurement is captured annually as a key performance target.
Our local procurement strategy was established in 2020. A core part of this strategy was to focus on culinary innovation so our menus reflect the Waitaha, Canterbury region.
